Last weekend of January with many events in Naples such as theatrical visits, exhibitions, concerts, circus and an advance of Carnival!
On the last weekend of January, 22 from January to 24 2016, events in Naples they are many and rich in interest. In the cultural field there will be three photographic exhibitions: one on the places lived by Pino Daniele, one on Dinosaurs, the other on Naples and its citizens.
In addition, several churches in Naples will come to life with theatrical visits and suggestive itineraries, to discover Neapolitan architecture and works of art.
The Federico II University of Naples, also this year, will organize classical music concerts, accompanied by traditional Neapolitan music, especially dedicated to students.
And many other events will close this first month of the year. Among these, very important is the charity concert for Aurora, the child from the Land of Fires suffering from cancer. On the occasion of the Holocaust Memorial Day, the Municipality of Naples has organized a whole week of events not to forget the tragic nature of the Holocaust.

Cultural events in Naples
Naples360
At PAN of Naples the first photo exhibition will take place at 360 °: Naples360. It is a project that has Naples and its citizens as its protagonist. Born from the idea of Domenico Maschio, university student and photographer, the exhibition had already been disseminated via video on Facebook, receiving many views. Naples is seen in a different perspective, at 360 ° and, within the exhibition, there will also be another photo exhibition by Vincenzo Noletto in which the Rione Sanità will be presented.

The Stone Testament
A new appointment at San Severo Chapel of Naples with the Stone Testament, by the NarteA Association. It is a theatrical visit with the aim of introducing the Chapel and the Veiled Christ, but, at the same time, the true history of Prince Raimondo di Sangro. It will also be possible to visit the Cavea Sotterranea which, according to the Prince's will, must have been a burial temple of his family. Currently, however, it preserves the Anatomical Machines.

Theatrical visits to the Church of the SS. Severino and Sossio
Il Touring Club Italiano will lead the public to discover the church of Saints Severino and Sossio with nocturnal visits accompanied by a final aperitif. The monumental complex dates back to the ninth century and is also composed of the Benedictine monastery, in fact initially it was founded by Benedictine monks who used the structure to shelter from invasions of the Saracens.

Napul'è… the places of Pino Daniele
The Neapolitan artist Pino Daniele returns to relive. At the Auchan in Naples, photos of the places where the singer-songwriter was trained will be exhibited. From the building where he was born a Piazza del Plebiscito, the square of its historic 1981 concert, Pino Daniele returns to be honored by his city. The photos of Dino Borelli are taken from the book with the same name of the exhibition, written by Carmine Aymone and Michelangelo Iossa.

Pictorial Paradise
Last appointment with the Pictorial Paradise, the evening show visit organized by the “La Paranza” Cooperative, at the Basilica of Santa Maria della Sanità. Through this theatrical visit, the actors will revive all the characters of the place with the opportunity to visit the Catacombs of San Gaudioso. The Basilica is a pictorial patrimony that dates back to 1600 with works by Giordano and Vaccaro.

Guided visit to the Gothic undergrounds of San Martino
The reopen to the public Certosa di San Martino with its beautiful gothic undergrounds. Designed by the architect Tino da Camaino, the Certosa stands on the hill of Vomero and has buildings in Gothic style that are the very foundations of the complex. Every Saturday and Sunday it will be possible to visit the underground compartments composed by 150 works in Baroque and medieval style.

Days of the Dinosaur
Continue the Show Days of the Dinosaur, extended until 14 February 2016. The 30 life-sized Dinosaur specimens will still be on display at the Real Albergo dei Poveri to let everyone know about the history of the period of Mesozoic. All specimens will have an information sheet and will be placed in an interactive artificial jungle with the same sounds of that period.

Music
Federimusica
Federimusica is an initiative organized by students of the'Federico II University and includes a series of concerts until May 2016. All scheduled events will take place at the church of Saints Marcellino and Festo with concerts of "cultured music", as defined by the organizers, without forgetting other types of music, such as the classical Neapolitan one. This weekend there will be a concert with Beethoven's music.

Dante's Inferno
The show is back "Dante's Inferno" in Museum of the Underworld of Naples. This weekend all the songs and the infernal circles narrated by Dante will relive through artists who will move just like in the description of the Supreme Poet. The Museum will be divided into three different rooms in which scenes from the work will be re-proposed.

Circus Lidia Togni
Until February 14, 2016 the Circus Lidia Togni will welcome adults and children under its tent full of wonders. After two years of absence from Naples, the Circus this year has anticipated giving its audience many news. Among these there will be 6 Parisian dancers and the Circus Cavalry with fine breed horses and Shetland ponies. There will be no lack of white lions, colorful parrots and illusionists and tightrope walkers.

Holocaust Memorial Day
On the occasion of the 27 January 2016 Memorial Day, the Municipality of Naples organized a week to commemorate the tragedy of the Holocaust. Two events are scheduled for Friday 29 January 2016: a photographic exhibition with film screenings at the National Library; and a debate with direct testimonies of the Roma at the Monumental Complex of the Annunziata.

Ice skating at Vulcano Buono
Until March 2016, the Vulcano Buono Shopping Center will set up an ice skating rink in its Central Square. The rink offers individual courses upon reservation, for those who are not familiar with skating. Open every day of the week, the track is managed by the agency Ice Med, winner of Disney's Pista Frozen prize in the 2013 / 2014.

Carnival of Limatola
The 27th edition of the Limatola Carnival is starting which, this year, will see three dates: 31 January, 7 and 9 February 2016. Between street performances and shows, there will be stands of food and wine products. Among the novelties, the float will take part in the parade "A battuglia nova“, From the Limatolese group of barrel players. There will also be a masquerade contest with a popular jury chosen by the Facebook community.

The Empire of the Signs
Until 5 February 2016 the event The empire of signs will take place at the Scugnizzo Liberato.
