1Women and Girls in Astronomy: free appointments at the Capodimonte Observatory
For the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the INAF (Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory) has organized the free event dubbed "Women and Girls in Astronomy" which includes various appointments to tell the story of science and female scientists .
2Teatro Mercadante: it goes on stage with the Cyrano de bergerac
The Mercadante Theater in Naples presents an unmissable staging of the famous Cyrano De Bergerac, the 1897 play by Edmond Rostand.
3Exhibition on Massimo Troisi at the MANN: exhibition, dates, information
After the success achieved in Procida, the exhibition “Il Postino behind the scenes. The faces of Massimo Troisi” also approves in Naples. It will be hosted by the Archaeological Museum of Naples until 13 March 2023.
4Women's Day at the Gallerie d'Italia in Naples with visits to the Woman of Art
For Women's Day 2023, a celebration that falls on March 8, there are many initiatives scheduled in Naples that aim to enhance the female figure in art. These include the special guided tours of the Galleria d'Italia in Naples, i.e. the Museums of the Intesa San Paolo Group which are now located in the new headquarters of Palazzo Piacentini in Via Toledo.
5Degas in Naples, in San Domenico Maggiore the exhibition of the painter of the dancers
In 2023 art in Naples starts in fifth grade. In fact, the year will be inaugurated with Edgar Degas with his exhibition "Degas, the return to Naples" in the monumental complex of San Domenico Maggiore. It is no coincidence that we recall that back in 1856 the artist stayed just a few steps away from where his exhibition will be held.
6IABO 20th: the exhibition at the PAN in Naples has been extended due to the great success
A new exhibition, in the name of Street Art, arrives at the PAN in Naples with an artist that we have already been able to admire when the Lungomare became a canvas. The “IABO 27th. 7The Art Gate space starts in Capodichino: Emblema on show
A new exhibition has been inaugurated in the departure hall of Naples Airport: “Salvatore Emblema. The Matter of Heaven". The exhibition started on December 23, 2022 and will remain active until March 31, 2023. During the ceremony, among the many personalities, the artist's children were also present, who carry on the Emblema Museum in Terzigno.
8Van Gogh in Naples, immersive exhibition. When does it end?
The remarkable immersive exhibition dedicated to Vincent Van Gogh in Naples continues to arouse enthusiasm and interest, registering extraordinary success. With an area spanning more than one thousand square metres, the exhibition offers an exceptional combination of visual projections, sophisticated lighting and sound design, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in Van Gogh's works, all while enjoying the comfort of a deckchair. Thanks to its warm welcome, the exhibition has been extended until 29 October 2023.

10Guided tour for Women's Day in Naples with the Malafemmena tour
On the occasion of the celebration of Women's Day, Wednesday 8 March 2023, the De Rebus Neapolis Cultural Association organizes a special "Malafemmena Tour". In particular, it is a special event dedicated to the beautiful, determined, free, cultured, in love, brilliant, courageous but also dangerous women who have lived in our city.

13Women's Day in Naples, free places of culture on March 8
On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, a celebration that falls every year on March 8, the Minister of Culture, Gennaro Sangiuliano, has proposed a really interesting initiative that concerns museums and places of culture.
14Artemisia Gentileschi in Naples, the exhibition dedicated to the Neapolitan period
The beautiful exhibition entitled Artemisia Gentileschi in Naples will take place at the Gallerie d'Italia - Intesa Sanpaolo Museum from 3 December 2022 to 19 March 2023. The exhibition will be dedicated to the long period in which the painter stayed in the Neapolitan city, i.e. from 1630 to 1654, interrupted only by a trip to London between 1638 and 1640.
15Free exhibition at the Court of Naples with 12 European Baroque masterpieces
The Palace of Justice of Naples, in the Centro Direzionale, will be exceptionally open to the public until 15 March 2023, who will be able to visit the wonderful exhibition entitled “Justice and Beauty. Dramaturgy of Law in Baroque Painting“. It will be an exhibition not to be missed, especially for art lovers who will be able to admire 12 masterpieces of the Italian Baroque.
16Neapolitan Baroque Festival at the Mann with many free concerts
At the MANN, the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, the sixth edition of the highly anticipated Neapolitan Baroque Festival starts on Monday 16 January 2023. An event organized and curated by Massimiliano Cerrito and which is open to everyone.

18Cinema AstroDoc in Naples, free documentary program for students
The XIII edition of Astradoc - Journey into the Cinema of the Real starts at the Cinema Astra in Naples. This is an event that has been repeating itself for some time now, curated by the Arci Movie association in collaboration with the University of Naples "Federico II", Coinor and Parallelo 41 Riproduzioni.
