To spend the weekend from 28 to 30 on April 2017 in Naples we will give you some very useful tips. As every week, we will give ample space to international pointing to Picasso's at the Certosa di San Marino, the Hidden Treasures at the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore at Pietrasanta and Andy Warhol at Palazzo Zevallos.

Exhibition for Picasso at the Certosa di San Martino
The Certosa di San Martino wanted make a tribute to Pablo Picasso with a particular setting that recalls the works admired and loved by the artist. You can admire the works donated by Stelio and Marinetta di Bello and which are inspired by Pulcinella, the handwritten scripts by Petito, the theatrical poster by Giuseppe Romito, the photos of the Compagnia del San Carlino.

Show Hidden Treasures
The exhibition "Hidden Treasures: Caravaggio, Tino di Camaino, Gemito", edited by Vittorio Sgarbi, was set up at the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore at Pietrasanta e will welcome a hundred works including sculptures and paintings that have characterized the last 700 years. Among the artists we remember Giorgio Morandi, Jusepe de Ribera and Ligabue.

Picasso Exhibition Parade
At the Museum of Capodimonte and the Antiquarium of Pompeii, the exhibition "Picasso e Napoli. Parade ", a tribute to the painter on the occasion of the centenary of his trip to Italy. Picasso works of paintings, drawings and sculptures will be exhibited in 68 and from the Pompidou Museum in Paris will come the scene of "Parade", a long 17 and high 10 m canvas.

Events for Totò
For 50 ° anniversary of the death of Totó, the Campania Region has foreseen a program full of initiatives. On Friday at the Trianon Viviani Theater in Forcella, “Totò che tragedia” will be staged, a recital that is a mix of theater, show and opera, in which the tormented love of the prince with the dancer Liliana Castagnola is highlighted.

At the Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano the exhibition dedicated to Andy Warhol was set up, the master of pop art, where you can admire two of the most important serigraphs dedicated to our volcano: the "Vesuvius (black)" and the "Vesuvius (red)". The two works, which mark the strong bond between the artist and our land, show the majesty of Vesuvius and the constant threat it exerts on citizens.

Visits to the island of Vivara
After years of waiting and work the island of Vivara will reopen to the public to allow visitors to admire the nature reserve in the Phlegraean area belonging to Procida. For greater security, the railing of the bridge connecting Vivara to the island of Procida has been raised, and the gate in via Santa Margherita that prohibited public access to the bridge has been eliminated.

Guided tour of the historic center with the pazzarielli

The Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella has kicked off a concert review entitled "Musical Friday". The concerts will take place in different locations: the Scarlatti Hall of the Conservatory, the Pharmacy of the Incurabili and the Capodimonte Museum. This Friday there will be the World Jazz Day proclaimed by UNESCO - Jazz Youth Orchestra.

Dj set by Fritz Kalkbrenner
At the Blu Bay Beach Club in Pozzuoli, the German DJ Fritz Kalkbrenner will propose the pieces of his fourth musical project "Grand Départ" full of elements of jazz, hip hop, funk, techno and electronic music. The Club will offer a day of relaxation. The ticket includes the included entrance to a cot, pool and after show at the Duel Beat.

2000 Party at the Arenile
All'Arenile di Bagnoli will take place a big party lasting 12 hours, in memory of the music of the 2000s. The initiative called “We love 2000” will take you on a journey through time. There will be different music from hit dance, indie rock and pop. In the console there will be the DJ Andrea Damante and among the guests the group Il Pagante and the rapper Tedua.

Comicon
Comicon Off is the main event of the Comicon that will be held in the Mostra d'Oltremare. Many secondary events will be organized in other places in the city such as the Goethe Institut, the Institut Français and the MAV of Herculaneum. Stroll among the fireflies
During the event Walks among the fireflies, which will take place in the Azienda Agricola Piscina Mirabilis di Bacoli, visitors they will be welcomed with sparkling wine and strawberrieswhile walking through the vineyards, they will go in search of fireflies. Sunday there will be one foot race whose proceeds will go to charity to Amatrice, one of the municipalities most affected by the earthquake that hit Central Italy last August.
