The fountain consists of a large basin surrounded by a balustrade with four diametrically opposed steps, on the sides of these stairs there are four lions from which the water gushes. Two sea monsters pour the water into the central tank below and the 4 borders of dolphins ridden by tritons have the same function. At the center of the fountain two nymphs and two satyrs hold a cup on which stands Neptune with the trident in his hand from which the water gushes.
